RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Our display of the Products and Services on the Website is subject to stock availability.
PRICES
The prices indicated on the Website are in USD and include all taxes applicable in the Republic of Lebanon. At any point, delivery charges are indicated separately in the [purchase order/check out cart]. All prices, delivery fees and charges listed on the Website are final and may not be negotiated. We reserve the right to change the prices, delivery fees and charges at any time without prior notice. However, you are responsible to pay the price of the Products and/or Services and delivery charges that were displayed on the website at the time you place and validate your order.
If you are using a credit card supplied by banks other than those in Lebanon, the amount on the credit card bill may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and any charges that the card issuer/bank may have debited.
PAYMENT
You must pay for your order by selecting a payment method after each order is placed.
If you select an electronic payment method, your bank account will be debited immediately after acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and validation of your order, when the order confirmation email is sent. You agree, understand and confirm that the credit and/or debit card details provided by you will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit and/or debit card which is not lawfully owned by you. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Given that we use a secure payment method, we will not be liable for any fraudulent or improper use of an electronic payment method.
If you select the cash on delivery method, you must make the payment concurrently with the receipt of the purchased Product(s) or Service(s); failing such concurrent payment no delivery of the Product(s) or Service(s) may be completed.

The Products and Services displayed on our Website contain graphic, visual and textual elements and illustrations (the “Intellectual Property Rights”), all protected by copyrights, rights on the image, rights on models or trademark rights, and are owned by us or by third parties.
